【摘要】 目的 调查社区失能老人长期照护需求现状,并探讨其影响因素.方法 2024年9月-2025年2月,采用便利抽样法选取齐齐哈尔市3个社区的223例失能老年人作为研究对象.使用一般资料调查表、Barthel指数评定量表、社会支持评定量表、自我感受负担量表、长期照护需求问卷对其进行调查.结果 社区失能老人长期照护需求得分为(94.48±8.49)分.多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、慢性病数量、Barthel指数、自我感受负担水平、社会支持水平是社区失能老人长期照护需求的独立影响因素(R~2=0.661,调整后R~2=0.636,F=26.882,P<0.001).结论 社区失能老人长期照护需求处于中等水平,社区工作人员应重点关注高龄、患多种慢性病、处于中重度依赖状态、自我感受负担较重、社会支持水平较低的失能老人群体.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the status quo of long-term care needs of the disabled elderly in the community,and its influencing factors.Methods Between September 2024 and February 2025,a total of 223 disabled elderly people were selected from 3 communities in Qiqihar city as research objects by convenience sampling method.They were surveyed using a general data questionnaire,Barthel index,the social support rating scale,self-perceived burden scale and long-term care needs questionnaire.Results The score of needs for long-term care of the disabled elderly in community was(94.48±8.49)points.The multiple linear regression results showed that age,number of chronic diseases,Barthel index,self-perceived burden and social support were independent influencing factors for long-term care demand of the research objects(R~2=0.661,adjusted R~2=0.636,F=26.882,P<0.001).Conclusion The demand for long-term care of the disabled elderly people in the community is of a medium level.Community workers should attach special importance to the disabled elderly people with multiple chronic diseases,or in a state of moderate to severe dependence,or of a heavy self-perceived burden or a low level of social support.更多还原
