【摘要】 目的 探讨门诊日间诊疗中心的“走读”式治疗模式在乳腺恶性肿瘤患者靶向治疗中的应用效果。方法选取笔者所在单位2020年10月-2023年4月收治的乳腺恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象，按入院时间进行分组，对照组为2020年10月-2021年12月在病房采用传统治疗模式进行靶向治疗的100例患者，观察组为2022年1月-2023年4月在门诊日间诊疗中心应用“走读”式治疗模式进行靶向治疗的100例患者。比较两组治疗费用、治疗时间、治疗等待时间、不良反应发生率、满意率。结果 观察组治疗费用、治疗时间、治疗等待时间均少于对照组(t=19.139,P<0.001;t=38.169,P<0.001;t=15.236,P<0.001),患者满意率高于对照组(χ~2=7.792,P=0.006)。结论 “走读”式治疗模式可减少乳腺恶性肿瘤患者靶向治疗医疗成本，提高医疗服务质量，未来需进一步优化干预方案并推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of "visiting-based" treatment mode in outpatient day treatment center on patients with the targeted therapy of breast cancer. Methods One hundred breast cancer patients treated between October 2020 and December 2021 were selected into a control group, while another 100 patients treated between January 2022 to April 2023 were chosen into an observation group. The control group was given traditional targeted therapy in the ward, while the observation group was provided with "visiting-based" treatment model in outpatient day treatment center. Then the treatment cost, treatment duration, waiting time for treatment, incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group exhibited significantly lower treatment cost, shorter treatment duration and waiting time before treatment compared to the control group(t=19.139, P<0.001; t=38.169, P<0.001; t=15.236, P<0.001). Moreover, the patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ~2=7.792, P=0.006). Conclusion The "visiting-based" treatment model can significantly lower the medical cost and better the quality of medical service. Future efforts should be focused on its optimizing and promoting.更多还原
