【摘要】 儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)是一种常见的以慢性咳嗽为主要临床症状的慢性呼吸系统疾病。目前CVA的确切病因尚未完全明确，但普遍认为其病情的发展受到多种病理因素的影响，且与患者的个体体质、季节变化以及地域环境特性紧密相关。中医认为CVA统属“风咳”“哮咳”“痉咳”等范畴，而遵循“三因制宜”原则治疗儿童CVA,根据患者的体质、季节变化和地域环境来个性化调整治疗方案，体现了中医辨证施治和整体治疗的观念。因此，本文论述了儿童CVA发病的中医病因病机和现代医学认识，结合中医“三因制宜”原则，综合考量了体质、季节和环境等因素对疾病发作、发展的影响，从因时、因地、因人治宜三个方面去探讨三因制宜辨治特色在治疗儿童CVA中的应用，以期为今后儿童CVA的中医治疗提供了更好的理论基础和实践指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pediatric cough variant asthma(CVA) is a common chronic respiratory disease primarily characterized by chronic cough. The exact etiology of CVA is not yet fully understood, but it is widely believed that the progression of the disease is influenced by various pathological factors, and is closely related to the patient’s individual constitution, seasonal changes, and regional environmental characteristics. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) categorizes CVA under "wind cough", "wheezing cough", and "spasmodic cough", and pediatric CVA is managed according to the principle of "San Yin Zhi Yi"(three-cause adaptation), which involves personalized adjustments of the treatment plan based on the patient’s constitution, seasonal changes and regional environment, reflecting the holistic treatment concept and syndrome-differentiation treatment of TCM. Therefore, this article discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of pediatric CVA from the perspectives of both TCM and modern medicine, based on the TCM principle of "San Yin Zhi Yi". It comprehensively considers the impact of factors such as constitution, season and environment on the onset and progression of the disease, exploring the application of San Yin Zhi Yi treatment for pediatric CVA from the three aspects of adapting to the season, region and individual.
