【摘要】 目的：探究热敏灸联合针刺及布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法：选择江西省妇幼保健院2023年7月—2024年10月收治的100例原发性痛经患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组给予针刺结合布洛芬治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予热敏灸治疗。观察两组的治疗效果、疼痛评分、中医证候积分、焦虑抑郁情绪。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组VAS评分、COX痛经症状量表(COX menstrual symptom scale，CMSS)评分、中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：热敏灸联合针刺及布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的临床效果显著，可以降低疼痛评分、中医证候积分，改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture and Ibuprofen in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Method:A total of 100 patients with primary dysmenorrhea admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with Ibuprofen,while the observation group was given heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,pain scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and anxiety and depression emotions of the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,COX menstrual symptom scale (CMSS) score,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture and Ibuprofen in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is remarkable,it can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the score of pain and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,and alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients.更多还原
