【摘要】 脑卒中是一种临床上常见的脑血管疾病，近些年来脑卒中发病年龄趋于年轻化，上肢功能障碍是脑卒中常见的后遗症之一，其在临床治疗中具有恢复速度慢、疗效差等问题，而肌张力增高是脑卒中常见并发症，上肢因其所在大脑运动皮层投射范围大，精细动作要求多，因此上肢功能恢复成为脑卒中后遗症康复的难点与重点，本综述总结对比脑卒中后上肢功能障碍目前的干预手段，分析针刀改善脑卒中患者上肢功能障碍的原理及临床应用困境，对比目前超声可视化针刀的优点及面临的挑战，总结目前针刀改良的新方向，以期为临床该类患者的康复治疗提供选择，为针刀医学研究提供一个新方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Stroke is a common cerebrovascular disease in clinic.In recent years,the age of onset of stroke tends to be younger.Upper limb dysfunction is one of the common sequelae of stroke.It has the problems of slow recovery and poor curative effect in clinical treatment.Increased muscle tension is a common complication of stroke.The upper limb has a large range of projection in the cerebral motor cortex and requires more fine movements.Therefore,the recovery of upper limb function has become the difficulty and focus of the rehabilitation of stroke sequelae.This review summarizes and compares the current intervention methods of upper limb dysfunction after stroke,and analyzes the principle and clinical application dilemma of neddle knives in improving upper limb dysfunction in stroke patients.Compare the advantages and challenges of the current ultrasonic visualization needle knife,and summarize the new direction of the current needle knife improvement,in order to provide a choice for the rehabilitation treatment of such patients in clinical practice,and provide a new direction for needle knife medical research.更多还原
