【摘要】 人细小病毒B19(B19V)为细小病毒科红细小病毒属成员，是人类致病性病毒，主要经呼吸道、血液及母婴垂直等多种途径传播。孕妇感染后存在胎儿感染风险，尤其在妊娠早中期，严重时可致严重的胎儿贫血、水肿、流产或宫内胎儿死亡等不良妊娠结局，且胎儿出现长期后遗症的风险也会显著增加。2024年以来，美国和欧洲多个国家B19V产妇和儿童感染暴发，给我国带来巨大的潜在输入风险。本文结合最新研究进展，对B19V基因组与蛋白、妊娠期感染的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现与并发症、诊断方法及处理措施进行全面综述，旨在为B19V感染的临床诊疗、公共卫生防控及母婴健康管理提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human parvovirus B19 (B19V) is a member of the genus Erythroparvovirus in the family Parvoviridae.It is a pathogenic virus in humans and is mainly transmitted through respiratory tract,blood and vertical transmission from mother to child.There is a risk of fetal infection if a pregnant woman is infected,especially in the first or second trimester.In severe cases,it can lead to severe adverse pregnancy outcomes such as fetal anemia,edema,miscarriage or intrauterine fetal death,and the risk of long-term sequelae for the fetus will also increase significantly.Since 2024,the outbreak of B19V infections in pregnant women and children in the United States and many European countries has brought huge potential import risks to China.This article,in combination with the latest research progress,conducts a comprehensive review of the B19V genome and protein,epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and complications of infections during pregnancy,diagnostic methods and treatment measures.It aims to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,public health prevention and control,and maternal and infant health management.更多还原
