【Abstract】 In recent years,perioperative visualization technology has been increasingly applied to individualized anesthesia management,which can improve the surgical conditions and prognosis of patients and has become an important part of precise anesthesia.Pulmonary atelectasis often occurs during the perioperative period,which can lead to reduced lung compliance,increased dead cavities,hypoxia and hypercapnia,and may prolong the hospital stay and even cause death.Compared with CT,lung ultrasound is an easy-to-operate,economical,efficient,non-invasive and radiation-free technique.It has been proven to be applicable for the differentiation and diagnosis of various perioperative lung injuries and has its own unique advantages.This article aims to review the application and prospects of lung ultrasound in perioperative pulmonary atelectasis,providing a reference for its clinical application.更多还原
