舒胃消萎散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾虚毒瘀型临床观察

【摘要】 目的：观察舒胃消萎散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾虚毒瘀型的疗效。方法：60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组用舒胃消萎散治疗，对照组用胃复春治疗，疗程12周。结果：治疗后治疗组中医症状评分低于对照组（P<0.05）,PRO量表评分低于对照组（P<0.05），内镜复查黏膜病变改善好于对照组（P<0.05），总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：舒胃消萎散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾虚毒瘀型可改善胃黏膜病理状态，提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of Shuwei Xiaowei Powder in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with the spleen-deficiency and toxin-stasis type. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Shuwei Xiaowei Powder, while the control group was treated with Weifuchun Tablets. The treatment course was 12 weeks for both groups. Results: After treatment, the TCM symptom score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The Patient-Reported Outcome(PRO) scale score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Endoscopic reexamination showed better improvement in mucosal lesions in the treatment group compared to the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shuwei Xiaowei Powder could improve the pathological state of gastric mucosa and enhance the quality of life in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of the spleen-deficiency and toxin-stasis type.更多还原
