针刺“颅底七穴”联合颈椎牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

【摘要】 目的：观察针刺“颅底七穴”联合颈椎牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法：50例随机分成两组，两组均行常规颈椎牵引治疗，治疗组辅以针刺“颅底七穴”。结果：治疗后两组ESCV评分均提高且治疗组高于对照组（P<0.05）。VAS评分均下降且治疗组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：针刺“颅底七穴”联合颈椎牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of the “Seven Skull Base Points”(Ludi Qixue) needling technique combined with cervical traction in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods: Fifty patients were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups received conventional cervical traction, and the treatment group additionally receiving acupuncture at the Seven Skull Base Points. Results: After treatment, both groups showed improved ESCV scores,with significantly greater improvement in the treatment group versus the control group(P<0.05). VAS scores decreased in both groups, but were significantly lower in the treatment group compared to controls(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combining the Seven Skull Base Points needling technique with cervical traction yields superior therapeutic outcomes for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.更多还原
