【摘要】 发展罕见病药械产品是保障人民健康的重要工作，也是增强患者及家庭获得感、幸福感、安全感的重要措施。既往研究侧重关注罕见病药械产品的发展效率和保障程度，鲜少讨论罕见病药械产品发展对产业的价值。本研究发现，罕见病药械产品发展是贯彻新发展理念、助推高质量发展的典型案例，具备经济价值、科技价值、生态价值和人文价值，为抢占生命科学技术战略制高点提供突破口，为我国发挥人口优势、做强生物医药产业创造新机遇。探析罕见病药械产品发展的价值，有助于推动各相关方形成共识合力，携手为提升群众健康福祉而努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Developing drugs and medical devices for rare diseases is an important task to safeguard people’s health. It is also an important measure to enhance patients’ and their families’ sense of gain, happiness, and security. Previous studies have focused on the development efficiency and security level of drugs and medical devices for rare diseases, with little discussion on the value to the industry. This study found that the development of drugs and medical devices for rare diseases is a typical case of implementing the new development philosophy and promoting high-quality development which has economic, technological, ecological, and humanistic values. It provides a breakthrough for seizing the strategic high ground of life science and technology and creates new opportunities for leveraging resource advantages and strengthening China’s bio-pharmaceutical industry. Exploring the value of the development of drugs and medical devices for rare diseases can help promote consensus among all stakeholders and work together to improve the health and well-being of the public.更多还原
