【摘要】 胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD)症状分为食管症状综合征、食管外症状综合征，症状谱非常广。食管外症状涉及组织器官多，临床症状多样、个体差异大、抑酸治疗效果不理想，容易被误诊漏诊，延误诊断和治疗。本研究团队在GERD多学科诊疗方面积累了丰富的经验，本次分享1例以咳嗽、哮喘为突出症状的GERD病例，患者食管裂孔疝病程很长，缺乏典型反流症状，伴焦虑状态；经多学科会诊后行胃底折叠术，术后患者咳嗽、哮喘症状缓解，焦虑情绪改善。提示临床医务工作者需全面认识GERD症状谱及多学科讨论对于GERD诊疗的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) are divided into esophageal symptom syndrome and extraesophageal symptom syndrome, with a wide spectrum of symptoms. Extraesophageal symptoms involve multiple tissues and organs, with diverse clinical symptoms and significant individual differences. The effectiveness of acid suppression therapy is not ideal, making it easy to be misdiagnosed, missed, and delayed in diagnosis and treatment. Our team has accumulated rich experience in the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of GERD. This time, we share a case of GERD with cough and asthma as prominent symptoms. The patient had a long course of esophageal hiatal hernia, lacked typical reflux symptoms, and was accompanied by anxiety. After multidisciplinary consultation, gastric fundus folding surgery was performed, and the patient’s cough and asthma symptoms were alleviated, as well as anxiety. This case suggests that clinical healthcare workers need to have a comprehensive understanding of the spectrum of GERD symptoms and the importance of multidisciplinary discussions in the diagnosis and treatment of GERD.更多还原
