【摘要】 目的 探索快速康复理念下延续性健康管理模式对肝癌切除术患者出院后健康状况与管理能力的影响。方法 选择2023年9月至2024年9月在福建省肿瘤医院行肝癌切除术的94例患者，按随机数字表法分常规组(快速康复护理，n=47)和研究组(快速康复理念下延续性健康管理模式，n=47)。比较2组的护理满意度、健康状况及管理能力等指标。结果 出院后30 d,研究组的健康调查简表(SF-36)和自我管理行为测评量表(CPSMBRS)评分均高于常规组(P均<0.05),且2组均较入院时升高(P均<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度各项评分和用药总依从率均较常规组更高，出院后30 d内的再入院率较常规组更低(P均<0.05)。结论 予以行肝癌切除术患者快速康复理念下延续性健康管理模式的效果显著，能够有效提升护理满意度和用药依从性，改善健康状况与管理能力，降低短期再入院率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of continuous health management model under the fast-track surgery concept on the post-discharge health status and management ability of patients undergoing hepatectomy of liver cancer. Methods A total of 94 patients who underwent hepatectomy of liver cancer at Fujian Cancer Hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were enrolled. The subjects were randomly divided into a conventional group(fast-track surgery nursing, n=47) and a study group(continuous health management model under the fast-track surgery concept, n=47) using a random number table. The nursing satisfaction, health status, and management ability were compared between the two groups. Results At 30 days post-discharge, the scores of Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36) and Chronic Pain Self-Management Behavior Rating Scale(CPSMBRS) in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05), and both groups showed an increase compared to admission(P<0.05). The study group achieved higher nursing satisfaction scores and a higher overall medication adherence rate compared to the conventional group, alongside a lower rate of readmission within 30 days post-discharge(P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous health management model under the fast-track surgery concept has a significant effect on patients undergoing hepatectomy of liver cancer, which can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and medication adherence, enhance health status and management ability, and reduce short-term readmission rate.更多还原
