【摘要】 总结1例多重耐药脑膜脓毒性伊丽莎白菌致重症肺炎患者的目标导向性护理经验。基于以目标管理理念为基础的目标导向性护理并结合患者的病情，将多重耐药菌感染防控措施的落实贯穿于整个护理过程，以预防医院感染；将抗休克护理、机械通气护理、动态体温管理、多联抗生素的用药护理、个性化的营养支持及心理护理的措施按既定目标开展实施，以提高治疗效果。经监护治疗46 d,患者病情稳定转入普通病房，病区无发生院内感染。目标导向性的护理能提高多重耐药脑膜脓毒性伊丽莎白菌致重症肺炎患者的治疗效果，促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 To summarize the goal-oriented nursing experience for a patient with severe pneumonia caused by multidrug-resistant Elizabethkingia meningosepticum. Based on goal-oriented nursing guided by the concept of target management combined with the patient’s condition, the implementation of the prevention and control measures of multidrug-resistant organism infection was carried out throughout the entire nursing process to prevent hospital-acquired infections. The measures of anti-shock nursing, mechanical ventilation nursing, dynamic temperature management, medication nursing of multiple antibiotics, personalized nutritional support, and psychological nursing were implemented according to the predefined goals to enhance treatment outcomes. After 46 days of monitoring and treatment, the patient was transferred to the general ward in stable condition with no hospital-acquired infections reported in the ward. Goal-oriented nursing can improve treatment efficacy and promote recovery in patients with severe pneumonia caused by multidrug-resistant Elizabethkingia meningosepticum.更多还原
