【摘要】 杨震教授治疗1例因学业压力过大导致的精神分裂症的女性患者。精神分裂症为严重精神障碍疾病，西医治疗以抗精神病药物为主，可控制阳性症状，但对阴性症状的疗效欠佳，易产生药物依赖及不良反应。本病归属祖国医学“癫狂”范畴，杨震教授基于“郁热相火”,以调气达郁、清肝养阴、潜镇相火、涤痰安神为主要治法，同时注重兼顾三焦、疏调冲任，使患者情志平稳，幻听消失，月经周期复常，临床疗效显著，恢复正常学习生活，为同类病例的治疗提供新的思路和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor Yang Zhen treated a female patient with schizophrenia induced by excessive academic stress. Schizophrenia is a severe psychiatric disorder. In modern Western medicine, treatment is primarily based on antipsychotic drugs, which can effectively control positive symptoms; however, their efficacy in alleviating negative symptoms is limited, and long-term use is often associated with drug dependence and adverse effects. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this condition falls within the category of "Dian-Kuang"(madness and withdrawal). Based on the core pathogenesis of "constraint-induced heat and hyperactivity of ministerial fire(yu re xiang huo)", Professor Yang formulated a treatment strategy centered on regulating qi to relieve constraint, clearing the liver and nourishing yin, suppressing and anchoring ministerial fire, resolving phlegm, and calming the spirit. In addition, attention was given to the holistic regulation of the triple burner(San Jiao) and the smooth harmonization of the Chong and Ren vessels, thereby restoring systemic balance.Following treatment, the patient achieved emotional stability, complete resolution of auditory hallucinations, normalization of the menstrual cycle, and a marked improvement in overall clinical condition, enabling her to resume normal academic and daily life. This case demonstrates significant therapeutic efficacy and provides novel insights and therapeutic approaches for the management of similar cases.更多还原
