【Abstract】 Based on the classic theories of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, this article delves into the etiology and pathogenesis of primary liver cancer and discusses the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the comprehensive treatment of this disease from three perspectives: deficiency of vital qi, phlegm-dampness, and blood stasis. Primary liver cancer is a common digestive tract tumor with a high global incidence rate and poor prognosis. Most patients are diagnosed at the middle to advanced stages, where traditional Western medicine therapies have limited effectiveness. As a result, TCM treatment has demonstrated its unique advantages. This article analyzes the pathological characteristics of primary liver cancer patients, including deficiency of vital qi and impairment of the liver, spleen, and kidney, and explores the significant roles of phlegm-dampness and blood stasis in the development of liver cancer. By reviewing relevant discussions and classical prescriptions in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, such as Shuyu Pill, Biejiajian Pill, Yinchenhao Decoction, and Dahuang Zhechong Pill, this article aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer. Studies have shown that these classical prescriptions can not only improve patients’ symptoms and quality of life but also alleviate adverse reactions associated with Western medicine treatments. Therefore, the rational use of TCM classical prescriptions, combined with modern medical approaches, is of great significance in improving the quality of life and survival rates of patients with primary liver cancer.更多还原
