【摘要】 目的:探讨案例教学(CBL)联合多学科诊疗模式(MDT)在肝癌临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9月至2024年12月在我院进行临床见习的34名医学生作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统教学方法，实验组采用CBL联合MDT模式教学。通过理论考核、临床技能考核、问卷调查等方式评价教学效果。结果:实验组学生的理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组学生在提高学习兴趣、培养临床思维、增强团队协作能力、提高沟通能力等方面的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CBL联合MDT模式在肝癌临床教学中具有显著的应用效果，能够提高学生的学习成绩和综合素质，值得在临床教学中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL) combined with Multi-Disciplinary Treatment(MDT) in clinical teaching of liver cancer.Methods:A total of 34 medical students who underwent clinical internships in our hospital from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The control group was taught using traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group was taught using the CBL combined with the MDT mode. Evaluating teaching effectiveness was through theoretical assessments, clinical skills assessments, questionnaire surveys, and other methods.Results:The theoretical and clinical skills assessment scores of the experimental group students were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group interns in improving their learning interest, cultivating clinical thinking, enhancing team collaboration skills, and improving communication skills was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CBL combined with the MDT model has significant application effects in clinical teaching of liver cancer, which can improve the learning performance and comprehensive quality of internship students, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical teaching.更多还原
