【摘要】 非酒精性脂肪性肝病现已被定义为代谢相关肪性肝病，已成为全球第一大慢性肝病。中医学将其归属于“肝癖”、“肥气”、“胁痛”、“积聚”等范畴。胡义扬教授是上海市名中医，上海中医药大学附属曙光医院主任医师、博士研究生导师，从事中医肝病临床、科研与教学工作30余载，诊治非酒精性脂肪性肝病经验丰富，认为该病的病理依据是“痰、湿、瘀、积”,基本病机是痰瘀互结。祛湿化瘀方是胡义扬教授治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病痰瘀互结证的经验方，临床疗效显著。笔者有幸跟师学习，现报告1例祛湿化瘀方治疗长期反复发作的重度非酒精性脂肪性肝炎病例，供诸位同道参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD), now defined as metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD), has become the most prevalent chronic liver disease worldwide. In Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), it falls under the categories of “Gan Pi”, “Fei Qi”, “Xie Tong”, and “Ji Ju”. Professor Hu Yiyang, a renowned TCM practitioner in Shanghai, serves as Chief Physician at Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of TCM. With over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, research, and teaching in TCM hepatology, he has extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating NAFLD. Professor Hu proposes that the pathological basis of this disease is “phlegm, dampness, stasis, and accumulation”, with the fundamental pathogenesis being intermingled phlegm and stasis. The Qu Shi Hua Yu Formula is Professor Hu′s empirical prescription for treating NAFLD with the pattern of intermingled phlegm and stasis, demonstrating significant clinical efficacy. We had the privilege of studying under Professor Hu and herein report a case of severe, recurrent non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) successfully treated with the Qu Shi Hua Yu formula for reference by colleagues.更多还原
