【Abstract】 Professor Gao Yueqiu, trained under the renowned liver disease expert professor Wang Lingtai, established a diagnosis and treatment strategy for chronic liver diseases centered on ’reinforcing the kidney and fortifying the spleen’, based on inheriting the academic concept of ’treating liver diseases from the kidney perspective’. He developed the Ba-Qi Rougan formula to address liver fibrosis through reinforcing the kidney, fortifying the spleen, nourishing yin, and activating blood circulation. This formula can modulate immune function and inhibit the activation of hepatic stellate cells. When combined with antiviral drugs in clinical practice, it significantly improves the degree of liver fibrosis. Pattern differentiation emphasizes tailored treatment for spleen and kidney deficiencies: for kidney deficiency, added ingredients such as Cuscuta chinensis and Epimedium for spleen deficiency, combined with Atractylodes macrocephala and Codonopsis pilosula.A typical case example is included for verification.更多还原
