【摘要】 目的 探讨中医针灸治疗周围性面瘫急性期的疗效。方法 83例周围性面瘫急性期患者,根据治疗时间不同分为对照组(41例,在发病1周后进行基础治疗及中医针灸治疗)及观察组(42例,在发病1周内进行基础治疗及中医针灸治疗)。对比两组面瘫评分,临床疗效,治疗满意度。结果 治疗2周后,两组抬眉、闭眼、咧嘴、鼓腮评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组抬眉、闭眼、咧嘴、鼓腮评分分别为(1.22±0.35)、(1.16±0.33)、(1.08±0.31)、(0.84±0.25)分,低于对照组的(2.27±0.41)、(2.10±0.37)、(1.97±0.35)、(1.76±0.31)分(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组治疗总有效率97.62%高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组治疗满意度97.62%高于对照组80.49%(P<0.05)。结论 对周围性面瘫急性期患者,建议在发病1周内进行中医针灸治疗,疗效显著,患者满意,面瘫症状改善显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese acupuncture on acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 83 patients with acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis were assigned to the control group(41 cases, who received basic treatment and traditional Chinese acupuncture 1 week after the onset) and the observation group(42 cases, who received basic treatment and traditional Chinese acupuncture within 1 week after the onset) according to different treatment timing. The facial paralysis scores, clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results 2 weeks after the treatment, the scores of eyebrow elevation, eye closure, mouth opening, and cheek puffing in both groups were lower than those before the treatment in this group; the scores of eyebrow elevation, eye closure, mouth opening, and cheek puffing in the observation group were(1.22±0.35),(1.16±0.33),(1.08±0.31), and(0.84±0.25) points, which were lower than those in the control group [(2.27±0.41),(2.10±0.37),(1.97±0.35), and(1.76±0.31) points](P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate 97.62% of the observation group was higher than 80.49% of the control group(P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment satisfaction rate 97.62% of the observation group was higher than 80.49% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis, it is recommended to conduct traditional Chinese acupuncture within 1 week of the onset. This approach yields outstanding therapeutic effects, high patient satisfaction, and marked improvement in facial paralysis symptoms, making it worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
