【摘要】 颌面部间隙感染是指发生在口腔颌骨和软骨组织的炎症性反应,包括咬肌、翼下、下颌下、咽旁、舌下、颏下、眶下、尖牙窝、颞间颞下、口底等间隙感染。本文报告1例54岁女性因右下智齿冠周炎继发右侧颌面部多间隙感染的重症病例,通过多学科会诊(MDT)模式,临床药师基于药敏试验结果提出抗菌药物优化方案,成功控制多重耐药菌感染。治疗过程中实施外科清创引流与阶梯式抗感染策略,患者住院19 d康复出院。本病例验证了临床药师参与MDT对重症感染精准治疗的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Maxillofacial space infections refer to inflammatory reactions that occur in the oral jawbone and cartilage tissues, including infections in the masseter muscle, subpterygoid area, submandibular area, parapharyngeal area, sublingual area, submental area, infraorbital area, cusp fossa, intertemporal and subtemporal areas, and floor of the mouth. This article reports a severe case of a 54-year-old female with a multi-space infection in the right maxillofacial region secondary to pericoronitis of the right lower wisdom tooth, which was successfully controlled by multidrug-resistant bacteria through a multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT) model, in which the clinical pharmacist has proposed an optimal regimen of antimicrobial drugs based on the results of the drug sensitivity test. During the treatment process, surgical debridement and drainage as well as a stepwise anti-infection strategy have been implemented, and the patient has been recovered and discharged after 19 d of hospitalization. This case verified the promoting effect of clinical pharmacists’ participation in MDT on the precise treatment of severe infections.更多还原
