【摘要】 目的：基于高质量发展视角，深入分析老年人对生活照料、疾病照料和精神慰藉等不同维度的居家社区养老服务需求，特别是当前未被满足的需求情况，以明确当前居家社区养老服务体系亟待完善的重点领域，为我国养老服务的高质量发展提供决策支持。方法：2023年在山东省三大经济圈的6个地区采用配额抽样法选取60岁及以上老年人进行深入访谈，运用主题分析法进行数据分析。结果：共纳入45名老年人进行分析，研究发现在所有老年人未被满足的居家社区养老服务需求中，生活照料、疾病照料和精神慰藉三方面的最突出需求类型分别是助餐服务、慢病管理和娱乐场所。其中，失能老年人对上门医疗与日常照料服务需求更为迫切；城乡老年人在精神慰藉需求方面存在明显差异。结论：当前居家社区养老服务的发展尚未完全匹配老年人的需求，生活照料、疾病照料和精神慰藉三大维度均存在服务缺口。建议以老年人的重点需求为导向，考虑从加强助餐服务的可持续性、完善慢病管理和上门医疗服务，以及因地制宜地提供精神慰藉服务等方面进一步完善居家社区养老服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis of the demand for home and community-based care services for older adults across different dimensions from the perspective of high-quality development, including daily care, medical care, and mental care, identify the key areas requiring urgent improvement in the current home community-based care service system for older adults, and provide decision-making support for the development of high-quality care services for older adults in China. Methods In 2023, quota sampling method was used to select older people aged 60 and above in six regions across the three major economic zones of Shandong Province for in-depth interviews. Thematic analysis method was employed for data analysis. Results A total of 45 older adults were included in this research. Among all the unmet needs for home-based community older people care services, the most prominent demand types in the three dimensions of care services were meal delivery services, chronic disease management, home medical care, and emotional support, respectively. Older adults with disabilities had more urgent needs for home medical care and daily care services. There were significant differences in emotional support needs between urban and rural older adults. Conclusion The current development of home-based community elderly care services has not fully aligned with the needs of the elderly, with service gaps existing across the three dimensions of daily care, health care, and mental care. It is recommended to prioritise the key needs of the elderly, consider measures such as enhancing the sustainability of meal delivery services, improving chronic disease management and home-based medical care services, and providing mental care support services according to local conditions, which can further improve home-based community elderly care services.更多还原
