健康建筑空间的动态热愉悦感知原理与设计策略——基于神经科学的视角

【摘要】 在绿色健康建筑设计的需求下,建筑师要整合热环境的感知进行建筑空间设计,将健康建筑从技术导向转变为设计导向。在阐述热感觉、热舒适与热愉悦的内涵基础上,说明热愉悦情绪产生的动态环境条件,以及相关热感觉变更和神经科学基础,包括自主性体温调节与行为性体温调节的神经机制原理。最后,提出健康建筑热愉悦空间设计应该重视绿化水体引入、过渡空间组织并且满足联觉要求,为设计导向下的健康建筑设计提出具体策略。

【Abstract】 Under the demand for green and healthy building design, architects must integrate the perception of thermal environments into architectural space design, shifting healthy buildings from a technology-driven approach to a design-driven one. Based on explaining the concepts of thermal sensation, thermal comfort, and thermal pleasure, this review discusses the dynamic environmental conditions that produce thermal pleasure, along with the relevant thermal alliesthesia and the underlying neuroscience principles, including the neural mechanisms of autonomic and behavioral thermoregulation. Finally, it proposes that the design of thermal pleasure spaces in healthy buildings should emphasize the incorporation of greenery and water elements, the organization of transitional spaces, and the fulfillment of synesthesia requirements, offering specific strategies for design-oriented healthy building design.
