【摘要】 在城市更新的大趋势下，老城医院的更新发展常常面临多重复杂的挑战。建设用地局促，周转空间匮乏，交通条件制约及政策边界限制等矛盾交织在一起，导致医院改扩建在决策与实施过程中困难重重。因此，本文结合湖南省中医药大学第二附属医院医疗教学综合楼改扩建的实例设计，探讨在老城区土地稀缺的条件下，大型医院如何充分挖掘存量土地空间，拓展医疗空间，整合医院功能，优化流线组织，从而构建出集中高效又人性化的综合医院建筑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the trend of urban renewal,the development of old city hospitals often faces multiple complex challenges.The tight construction land,lack of turnover space,transportation constraints,and policy boundary limitations are intertwined with contradictions,leading to numerous difficulties in the decision-making and implementation process of hospital renovation and expansion.Therefore,this article combines the example design of the renovation and expansion of the medical comprehensive building of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine to explore how large hospitals can fully tap into the existing land space,expand medical space,integrate hospital functions,optimize streamline organization,and thus build a centralized,efficient,and humanized comprehensive hospital building under the condition of scarce land in the old urban area.更多还原
