【摘要】 为准确反映老年人对养老设施的实际需求和使用情况，本文从可达性、覆盖水平和社会公平绩效三个维度，综合评价南昌市中心城区社区生活圈层面的养老设施供给水平。研究发现，南昌市中心城区各单元供给水平差异较大，在空间上呈现圈层式递减趋势，养老设施配置与老年人口分布出现“空间失配”的现象。为此，本文提出了依据供给水平分类优化养老设施布局的建议，以期完善养老设施体系建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 To accurately reflect the actual needs and usage of elderly residents for elderly care facilities,this paper comprehensively evaluates the supply level of elderly care facilities at the community life circle level in the central urban area of Nanchang from three dimensions:accessibility,coverage level,and social equity performance.It is found that there is a significant difference in the supply level of various units in the central urban area of Nanchang,showing a concentric reduction trend in space,and there is a phenomenon of "spatial mismatch" between the configuration of elderly care facilities and the distribution of the elderly population.Therefore,this paper proposes suggestions for optimizing the layout of facilities in different supply level areas to improve the construction of the elderly care fa cility system.更多还原
