AI驱动下服装模板技术的“三重跃迁”模型构建

【摘要】 随着工业人工智能与数据驱动新范式的深入发展,服装模板技术正经历从工具创新到系统重构的深刻变革。本文系统性地提出并阐述了服装模板技术在智能化进程中的“三重跃迁”理论模型:服装模板设计软件从辅助绘图的被动“工具”,跃迁为具备自主决策能力的“工艺智能体”;服装模板缝纫设备从程序化执行的“自动化终端”,跃迁为可感知环境、自适应调节的“智能网络节点”;服装模板工艺师从依赖个人经验的“技术工匠”,跃迁为驾驭人机协同、负责系统优化的“服装制造工艺系统架构师”。文章结合川田AI模板软件、艾图AI缝纫机等行业实践案例,分析了各维度跃迁的技术路径与互动机制,阐释了《缝纫模板工艺师职业技能评价规范》对塑造新型人才队伍、支撑服装智能制造可持续发展的重要价值。

【Abstract】 With the in-depth development of industrial artificial intelligence and data-driven paradigms, garment template technology is undergoing a profound transformation from tool innovation to system reconstruction. This paper systematically proposes and elaborates a "triple leap" theoretical model for the intelligent evolution of garment template technology: garment template design software leaps from a passive "tool" for auxiliary drawing to an autonomous decision-making "process agent"; garment template sewing equipment leaps from programmed "automation terminals" to perceptive and self-adaptive "intelligent network nodes"; garment template technicians leap from experienced "technical craftsmen" to "garment manufacturing process system architects", and their work will shift to managing human-machine collaboration and taking charge of system optimization. By analyzing industry practices such as Chuan Tian AI template software and Ai Tu AI sewing machines, this study examines the technological pathways and interactive mechanisms of each dimensional leap. It also explains the significant value of the "Professional Competency Evaluation Specification for Sewing Template Technicians" in shaping a new talent framework and supporting the sustainable development of intelligent apparel manufacturing.
