5种杀虫剂对旱地水稻田稻纵卷叶螟和东方黏虫幼虫的田间防效

Field control efficacy of five insecticides against Cnaphalocrocis medinalis and Mythimna separata in nonirrigated farmland rice

【摘要】 为了筛选出能同时控制旱地水稻田稻纵卷叶螟Cnaphalocrocis medinalis和东方黏虫Mythimna separata 2种害虫幼虫的高效杀虫剂,以云南省普洱市澜沧县旱地水稻种植区为试验地点,于2023年8月水稻孕穗期采用茎叶喷雾法分别测定了5种杀虫剂对2种害虫的田间防效。结果表明,11.6%甲维·氯虫苯SC 15 mL/667m~2和19.5 mL/667m~2施用后3 d对稻纵卷叶螟和黏虫的相对防效均大于90%,药后15 d卷叶防效84%。200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺SC 10 mL/667m~2和13 mL/667m~2施用后7 d对稻纵卷叶螟和黏虫的相对防效均大于90%;5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐ME 4 mL/667m~2施用后15 d对稻纵卷叶螟和东方黏虫的防治效果为73.53%和85.7%;药后15 d, 15%高效氯氟氰菊酯ME对东方黏虫的防治效果较差(39.25%~72.54%), 100亿孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌SE对稻纵卷叶螟的防效较低(7.4%~40.34%)。综上,11.6%甲维·氯虫苯SC和200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺SC可以作为旱地水稻田同时防治2种害虫的应急药剂,15%高效氯氟氰菊酯ME和100亿孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌OF则不适合单独施用。

【Abstract】 To identify effective insecticides for simultaneously controlling Cnaphalocrocis medinalis and Mythimna separata larvae in nonirrigated farmland rice, field trials were conducted in Lancang county, Puer city, Yunnan province in August 2023 during the rice booting stage. Five insecticides were tested using stalk and leaf spray method. The results showed that after 3 days, control effects of 11.6% emamectin benzoate·chlorantraniliprole SC at 15 mL/667m2 and 19.5 mL/667m2 achieved exceeding 90% on both pests, with an 84% control effect on C.medinalis after 15 days. chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L SC at 10 mL/667m2 and 13 mL/667m2 also provided control effects over 90% for both pests after 7 days. Emamectin benzoate 5% ME 4 mL/667m2achieved control effects of 85.7% and 73.53% for C.medinalis and M.separata, respectively, after 15 days. Lambda-cyhalothrin 15% ME demonstrated poor control on M.separata(39.25%-72.54%), and Metarhizium anisopliae 1×1010spores/mL SE showed limited efficacy on C.medinalis(7.4%-40.34%) after 15 days. To sum up, metre-chlorobenzene 11.6% SC and chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L SC are recommended as effective emergency control agents for both pests in nonirrigated farmland rice, while lambda-cyhalothrin 15% ME and Metarhizium anisopliae OF are unsuitable for single application.
