激素类除草剂氯氟吡啶酯的毒理与抗性研究进展

【摘要】 氯氟吡啶酯是美国陶氏益农公司研制开发的芳基吡啶甲酸酯类除草剂,于2017年在我国登记上市,目前已报道多例对氯氟吡啶酯产生抗性的不同杂草种群。氯氟吡啶酯的作用机理较复杂,从杂草感知氯氟吡啶酯到植物体内产生乙烯、脱落酸和活性氧等危害植物生长的成分,这一过程中伴随着复杂的信号传导途径的激活及相关酶的合成。尽管对这一除草剂进行了较多的探究,但其具体的毒理机制和抗性形成原因仍不够清晰。该文对新型合成激素类除草剂氯氟吡啶酯的毒理机制和抗性机理进行了系统梳理,以期为氯氟吡啶酯的科学应用,以及延缓杂草对其抗性的进化提供参考。

【Abstract】 Florpyrauxifen-benzyl belongs to the class of pyridine carboxylic acids of auxin mimics and is a novel post-emergence herbicide developed by Dow AgroSciences(USA) and registered in China in 2017. Currently, resistance to florpyrauxifen-benzyl have been reported in multiple populations of various weed species. Its mode of action is complex, involving signal transduction pathways and the biosynthesis of ethylene, abscisic acid, and reactive oxygen species following the perception of florpyrauxifenbenzyl, all of which contribute to inhibited plant growth. However, the specific toxicological mechanisms and the underlying causes of resistance remain unclear. This review summarizes the toxicological mechanisms and resistance pathways associated with the novel auxin herbicide florpyrauxifen-benzyl,in order to provide theoretical insights for its rational use and strategies to delay resistance development.
