【摘要】 “共享居住”作为一种应对邻里关系疏离等现代居住问题的新型模式,在住宅建筑设计实践与讨论中日益受到关注。本文结合天津大学建筑学院本科二、三年级“共享住宅”系列教学的近年实践与探索,从教学理念、任务设定、方法探索及教学流程等方面进行系统总结。课程聚焦于共享空间的尺度、行为和模式,结合宜居性、共享性与开放性等设计维度,构建贯穿理论学习与实践设计的教学体系；通过引入策划与评估环节、强化空间分析方法,以满足共享住宅复杂多样的设计需求。课程进一步着眼于当代社会语境,引导学生深入审视居住空间中领域感的塑造与交互行为的动态关系,推动设计思维从“共同居住”向“共享居住”转变,为创新型共享住宅设计的教学模式提供理论支撑与实践启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an innovative housing model addressing the challenges of social disconnection in modern living, “Coliving” has become a focal point in residential architectural design and discourse. This paper explores the pedagogical framework of the “Co-living Housing” design courses for second-and third-year undergraduates at Tianjin University’s School of Architecture. Grounded in the principles of scale, behavior, and pattern, the curriculum emphasizes livability, shared accessibility, and openness, incorporating pre-design planning and post-design evaluation to meet the complex demands of shared housing design.
