【摘要】 功能性肛门直肠痛是一组以肛门直肠异常感觉为主诉的综合征，罗马IV指南将其定义为肛门直肠部位的神经官能症，属于躯体形式障碍范畴。目前诊断方法尚无统一标准，治疗策略缺乏共识，且效果差异显著，医务工作者与病人面临巨大的困境。近年来功能性肛门直肠痛的病理机制研究与临床试验大量开展，而该病疗效指标尚无完善的评定标准，同时，单一治疗方式的临床疗效对于部分病人较不理想。未来趋于多学科及多种疗法联合治疗的方式以提高远期疗效。本文通过回顾近年相关文献资料，从发病机制、诊断方法、治疗策略等层面对功能性肛门直肠痛的诊疗进展加以阐述与总结，以期完善功能性肛门直肠痛的诊疗思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Functional anorectal pain is a group of syndromes with abnormal anorectal sensation as the main complaint, which is defined by Roman IV guidelines as neurosis of anorectal site and belongs to the category of somatoform disorders. At present, there is no unified standard of diagnostic methods, lack of consensus on treatment strategies and significant difference in curative effect. Medical workers and patients face a huge dilemma. In recent years, a large number of studies and clinical trials have been carried out on the pathological mechanism of functional anorectal pain. However, there are no perfect evaluation criteria for the efficacy indicators of functional anorectal pain. Meanwhile, the clinical efficacy of single treatment is not ideal for some patients. In the future,multi-disciplinary and multi-therapy combination therapy will be used to improve the long-term curative effect.By reviewing relevant literature in recent years, this paper expounds and summarizes the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of functional anorectal pain from the aspects of pathogenesis, diagnosis methods, treatment strategies, etc., in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of functional anorectal pain.更多还原
