【摘要】 研究目的：明晰主体功能优势地区及其高质量发展的基本认知，探讨土地要素保障主体功能优势地区高质量发展的理论支撑、战略导向和实现路径。研究方法：文献研究法，综合分析法。研究结果：(1)主体功能优势地区依据城市化、农业、生态等比较优势可分为城市化地区、农产品主产区、重点生态功能区，以及能源资源富集区、历史文化资源富集区、边疆地区等其他功能区；(2)高水平区域协调、高标准市场体系、高效能科技创新和高品质生态环境是主体功能优势地区高质量发展的基本认知；(3)土地要素保障主体功能优势地区高质量发展的主要支撑理论为地域功能分异理论、人地关系协调理论、资源优化配置理论和国土空间治理理论；(4)基于“四维”基本认知和相关理论基础，未来应以衔接国家区域战略、提高土地要素配置精准性、保障新质生产力发展和推进人与自然和谐共生为战略导向，以规划、市场、整治为核心政策工具，增强土地要素的保障能力。研究结论：立足于主体功能区战略，可以具象化地理解优势地区的内涵及其土地要素保障路径。在国土空间规划实施阶段，需要在“三线”管控的基础上，强化“三区”的发展功能，推动主体功能区战略逐级传导落地，形成高质量发展的国土空间格局。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purposes of this study are to clarify the basic cognitions of the major functional advantage zones and the high-quality development,and to explore the theoretical support,strategic direction,and realization paths for ensuring the high-quality development of the major functional advantage zones through land factors.The methods of literature review and comprehensive analysis are applied.The results show that:1) based on the comparative advantages of urbanization,agriculture,and ecology,major functional advantage zones could be divided into urbanized zone,main agricultural production zone,key ecological function zone,as well as other functional zones such as energy and resource-rich zone,historical and cultural resource-rich zone,and frontier zone.2) High-level regional coordination,high-standard market systems,high-efficiency scientific and technological innovation,and high-quality ecological environments are the basic cognitions of high-quality development in major functional advantage zones.3) The main supporting theories for ensuring the high-quality development of major functional advantage zones through land factors are regional function differentiation theory,human-land harmonious theory,resource optimization allocation theory,and territorial space governance theory.4) Based on the “four-dimensional” basic cognitions and relevant theoretical foundations,future efforts should be guided by the strategic objectives of alignment with national regional strategies,enhancing the precision of land factor allocation,ensuring the development of new quality productivity,and promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.Core policy tools such as spatial planning,market mechanisms,and land consolidation should be employed to enhance the support capacity of land factors.In conclusion,based on the major functional zone strategy,it is possible to concretely understand the connotation of advantageous zones and the support path of land factors in these zones.During the implementation phase of territorial space planning,it is necessary to strengthen the development functions of the “three zones” based on “three lines” control,promote the gradual implementation of the major functional zone strategy,and form a high-quality territorial space pattern.更多还原
