Rab22a与乳腺癌:从分子机制到临床特征的研究进展
Rab22a and breast cancer: advances in research from molecular mechanisms to clinical Characteristics
【摘要】 乳腺癌作为全球女性中发病率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,一直是医学领域研究的重点和热点。随着近年来化疗、放疗、内分泌治疗和靶向治疗的出现,早期乳腺癌患者的预后得到极大改善,然而仍有一部分存在肿瘤细胞耐药或出现复发转移的晚期乳腺癌难以治愈。当前最为理想的乳腺癌治疗方式便是早诊断早治疗,因此深入探索乳腺癌发生、发展的分子机制,寻找用于诊断、评估预后及治疗的分子靶点,对于改善乳腺癌患者的远期预后具有至关重要的意义。Rab22a基因属于RAB5亚家族,是原癌基因RAS家族成员。Rab22a在多种肿瘤细胞中均呈现高表达,且与肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移有关。本文就Rab22a的结构功能及其与乳腺癌发生发展的关系进行综述。
【Abstract】 Breast cancer has long been the focus and center of medical study because it is one of the malignant tumors that affect women the most worldwide.The prognosis for patients with early-stage breast cancer has significantly improved with the introduction of chemotherapy, radiation, endocrine therapy, and targeted therapy in recent years.However, some advanced breast cancers that are difficult to cure still have tumor cell resistance or recurrence and metastases.Finding prognostic markers for diagnosis and molecular targets for treatment, as well as thoroughly investigating the molecular mechanism of breast cancer occurrence and development, are therefore crucial.The Rab22a gene is a member of the RAS family of proto-oncogenes and is a member of the RAB5 subfamily.Rab22a is linked to the growth, invasion, and metastasis of tumor cells and is highly expressed in a range of tumor cells.This article summarizes Rab22a’s structure, function, and association with the development and spread of breast cancer.
