【摘要】 《中华人民共和国食品安全法》颁布以来，动物性食品中兽药残留问题日益受到全社会的高度关注。目前，我国已建立了一套较为科学完善的兽药残留标准体系。本文从兽药最大残留限量标准和兽药残留检测方法标准两方面，对反刍动物可食性组织中兽药残留食品安全国家标准进行了梳理、归纳、匹配和分析，同时对我国兽药残留标准体系的有关问题简要描述，根据我国当前反刍动物养殖中所用兽药情况展望了兽药残留标准体系完善的措施，以期为有关部门开展相关工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the promulgation of the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, the issue of veterinary drug residues in animal-derived foods has garnered increasing attention from the entire society. Currently, China has established a relatively scientific and comprehensive standard system for veterinary drug residues. This article reviews, summarizes, matches, and analyzes the national food safety standards for veterinary drug residues in edible tissues of ruminants from two aspects: maximum residue limits for veterinary drugs and standards for veterinary drug residue detection methods. At the same time, it briefly describes relevant issues in China’s standard system for veterinary drug residues. Based on the current situation of veterinary drug use in ruminant farming in China, it outlines measures to improve the standard system for veterinary drug residues, with the aim of providing reference for relevant departments to carry out related work.更多还原
