【摘要】 在对浙江省江山市进行大型真菌资源调查中，采集到1株木腐型真菌。通过形态学和分子生物学的方法进行物种鉴定，并基于ITS序列和LSU序列进行了系统发育分析，最终确定该物种为Cyclocybe erebioides。经查阅文献确定该物种为中国新记录种。试验结果丰富了C.erebioides在我国的分布记录，也进一步为我国大型真菌资源调查提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the survey of macrofungi resources in Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province, a wood-rotting fungus was collected. Species identification was carried out through morphological and molecular biological methods, and phylogenetic analysis was conducted based on the ITS sequence and LSU sequence. Finally, it was determined that the species was Cyclocybe erebioides. After consulting the literature, it was determined that this species is a newly recorded species in China. The experimental results have enriched the distribution record of C. erebioides in China, and provided a further reference for the investigation of macrofungi resources in China.更多还原
