【摘要】 目的 分析六味地黄丸辅助牙周基础治疗对围绝经期牙周炎患者龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平的影响。方法 43例围绝经期牙周炎Ⅲ期患者,以随机数字表法分为牙周基础治疗组（21例）和六味地黄丸辅助治疗组（22例）。牙周基础治疗组只接受牙周基础治疗,六味地黄丸辅助治疗组在接受牙周基础治疗的同时服用六味地黄丸治疗。比较两组治疗前后龈沟液中雌二醇（E₂）、TNF-α水平。结果 牙周基础治疗组治疗后2个月龈沟液中E₂水平较本组治疗前升高,但无显著性差异（P>0.05）；六味地黄丸辅助治疗组治疗后2个月龈沟液中E₂水平较本组治疗前有升高,有显著性差异（P<0.05）。六味地黄丸辅助治疗组治疗后2个月龈沟液中E₂水平（50.670±5.501）pg/ml高于牙周基础治疗组的（39.660±3.732）pg/ml,有显著性差异（P<0.05）。两组治疗后2个月龈沟液中TNF-α水平较本组治疗前均有变化,牙周基础治疗组降低,六味地黄丸辅助治疗组升高,但无显著性差异（P>0.05）。两组治疗后2个月龈沟液中TNF-α水平比较,无显著性差异（P>0.05）。结论 六味地黄丸可有效提高围绝经期牙周炎患者牙周组织局部E₂水平,但在TNF-α水平降低中无加成作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effects of Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with basic periodontal treatment on tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） in gingival crevicular fluid of postmenopausal patients with periodontitis. Methods 43 postmenopausal patients with stage Ⅲ periodontitis were divided into basic periodontal treatment group（21 cases） and Liuwei Dihuang Pill adjuvant treatment group（22 cases） by the numerical chart method. The basic periodontal treatment group received basic periodontal treatment, and the Liuwei Dihuang Pill adjuvant treatment group received Liuwei Dihuang Pill treatment on the basis of basic periodontal treatment group. The levels of estrogen（E₂） and TNF-α before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results E₂ level in gingival crevicular fluid in the basic periodontal treatment group increased at 2 months after treatment compared with that before treatment in this group, but there was no significant difference（P>0.05）. At 2 months after treatment, E₂ level in gingival crevicular fluid in the Liuwei Dihuang Pill adjuvant treatment group was higher than that before treatment in this group, and there was a significant difference（P<0.05）. At 2 months after treatment, E₂ level（50.670±5.501） pg/ml in the gingival crevicular fluid of the Liuwei Dihuang Pill adjuvant treatment group was higher than（39.660±3.732） pg/ml in the basic periodontal treatment group, and there was a significant difference（P<0.05）. At 2 months after treatment, the level of TNF-α in gingival crevicular fluid in both groups changed compared with that before treatment in this group; it decreased in the basic periodontal treatment group and increased in the Liuwei Dihuang Pill adjuvant treatment group, but there was no significant difference（P>0.05）. There was no significant difference in the level of TNF-α in gingival crevicular fluid between the two groups at 2 months after treatment（P>0.05）. Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Pill can effectively increase the local E₂ level in periodontal tissues of perimenopausal patients with periodontitis, but have no additive effect on the reduction of TNF-α levels.更多还原
