手舟骨骨折应用经皮微创Herbert钉固定术治疗的临床效果评估

【摘要】 目的 讨论经皮微创Herbert钉固定术应用在手舟骨骨折患者治疗中的临床价值。方法 选取70例手舟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照手术方式不同分为参照组和试验组,每组35例。参照组给予切开复位普通松质骨加压螺钉固定术治疗,试验组应用经皮微创Herbert钉固定术治疗。比较两组腕关节功能恢复优良率、腕关节功能、术后并发症发生率。结果 试验组腕关节功能恢复优良率97.14%比参照组的80.00%高(P<0.05)。术前,两组疼痛、功能、屈曲/伸展活动度、握力评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月,两组疼痛、功能、屈曲/伸展活动度、握力评分均较术前提高,且试验组高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率2.86%低于参照组的17.14%(P<0.05)。结论 手舟骨骨折应用经皮微创Herbert钉固定术治疗,可提高患者腕关节功能恢复效果。此种手术方案对降低患者术后并发症发生风险,促进其预后作用显著。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of percutaneous minimally invasive Herbert screw fixation in the treatment of scaphoid fractures. Methods 70 patients with scaphoid fractures were selected as the research subjects and divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to different surgical methods, with 35 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with open reduction and common cancellar bone compression screw fixation, while the experimental group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive Herbert screw fixation. The excellent rates of wrist joint function recovery, wrist joint function and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate of wrist joint function recovery in the experimental group was 97.14%, which was higher than 80.00% in the reference group(P<0.05). Before the operation, there was no statistically significant comparison in the scores of pain, function,flexion/extension range of motion, and grip strength between the two groups(P>0.05). 3 months after the operation,the scores of pain, function, flexion/extension range of motion and grip strength in both groups were improved compared with before the operation, and the experimental group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 2.86%, which was lower than 17.14% in the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive Herbert screw fixation for scaphoid fractures can improve the recovery effect of wrist joint function in patients. This surgical plan plays a significant role in reducing the risk of postoperative complications in patients and promoting their prognosis.
