钛基台表面改性促进种植体周软组织整合及抗菌性能研究进展

【摘要】 口腔种植的成功与种植体及其周围软组织的结合密切相关。随着种植技术的广泛应用,术后并发症也日益显现,其中种植体周炎最为常见。对于穿黏膜区域的种植体基台进行多种形式的改性是预防种植体周炎发生的关键策略。文章介绍了当前口腔种植体穿黏膜区钛基台的表面改性策略,通过制造微纳米级表面结构、增强表面亲水性、改变表面化学成分及构建生物活性涂层来提升软组织整合能力及抗菌能力,预防潜在的感染风险;并提出了未来多功能表面研究的方向,旨在构建一个综合的多功能表面研究框架,以实现种植体穿黏膜区的软组织密封,进而确保种植体的长期稳定性。

【Abstract】 The success of oral implantation is closely related to the integration of the implant and its surrounding soft tissues. With the wide application of implanting technology,postoperative complications have become increasingly apparent,among which peri-implantitis is the most common. The key strategy to prevent peri-implantitis is to modify the implant abutment in the transmucosal area in various forms. This article introduces the current surface modification strategies of titanium abutment in the transmucosal area of dental implants. By creating micro and nano surface structures,enhancing surface hydroicity,changing chemical composition of the surface,and constructing bioactive coatings,the ability of soft tissue integration and the antibacterial ability can be improved to prevent potential infection risks. This article also proposes directions for future research on multifunctional surfaces,aiming to construct a comprehensive multifunctional surface research framework to achieve soft tissue sealing in the transmucosal area of the implant and ensure the long-term stability of the implant.
