郑州部分地区宠物犬源沙门氏菌流行病调查与耐药性检测
Epidemiological Investigation and Drug Resistance of Salmonella from Pet Dogs in Some Areas of Zhengzhou
【摘要】 为了解郑州部分地区宠物犬源沙门氏菌流行情况及耐药性,2022—2023年在郑州部分地区102家宠物医院及宠物门诊采集患病的宠物犬的肛拭子、粪便等病料组织233份进行沙门氏菌鉴定,采用人工感染小白鼠试验证沙门氏菌致病性,并测定其致病性沙门氏菌菌株的血清型、毒力基因耐药性及耐药基因。结果表明,分离得到了132株沙门氏菌,其中80株沙门氏菌能引起小鼠死亡,为致病性沙门氏菌;80株致病性沙门氏菌以肠炎沙门氏菌(26.3%)、德尔卑沙门氏菌(20.0%)、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(17.5%)为流行优势血清型;80株致病性沙门氏菌毒力基因mogA、spvA、sse L、spv B、mgtC、spvC、araB检出率为57.5%~96.3%,其他毒力基因检出率为7.5%~15.0%;80株致病性沙门氏菌对氨苄西林、阿莫西林、多西环素等11种药物耐药率在35.0%以上,至少耐4种药物,其中磺胺类(Sul1、Sul2、Sul3)、四环素类(TetA、TetB TetM、TetR)、氨基糖苷类(aac(3)-Ⅰv、aac(3)-Ⅱa、aac(6’)-Ⅰb)耐药基因检出率为40.0%~85.0%,其耐药表型与耐药基因基本成正相关(除酰胺醇类、多粘菌素类)。从郑州部分地区分离的80株宠物犬源沙门氏菌具有多种血清型,携带多种毒力基因,耐药性严重,且耐药表型与耐药基因之间存在一定相关性。为该宠物犬源沙门氏菌病的流行病调查及防治奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the prevalence and drug resistance of Salmonella from pet dogs in some areas of Zhengzhou,233 anal swabs and fecal samples of diseased pet dogs were collected in 2022-2023 from 102 pet hospitals and clinics in some areas of Zhengzhou for Salmonella isolation and identification.The Salmonella isolates were examined for their pathogenicity through inoculation into mice,serotypes,virulence genes and drug resistance genes.The results showed that 132 Salmonella strains were isolated,of which 80 strains caused death in mice.Among these 80 pathogenic Salmonella strains,the dominant serotypes included Salmonella enteritidis (26.3%),Salmonella delbrueckii (20.0%) and Salmonella typhimurium (17.5%).The detection rates of virulence genes mogA,spvA,sse L,spv B,mgtC,spvC and araB in these pathogenic Salmonella strains ranged from 57.5% to 96.3% while other virulence genes ranged from 7.5% to 15.0%.In addition,these pathogenic Salmonella strains had a resistance rate of over 35.0% to 11 drugs including ampicillin,amoxicillin and doxycycline and were resistant to at least 4 drugs including sulfonamides (Sul1,Sul2,Sul3),tetracyclines (TetA,TetB,TetM,TetR) and aminoglycosides (aac(3)-Ⅰv,aac(3)-Ⅱa,aac(6’)-Ⅰb).The detection rate of resistance genes ranged from 40.0% to 85.0%,and their resistance phenotypes were basically positively correlated with resistance genes (except for amide alcohols and polymyxins).These results showed that the pathogenic 80 Salmonella strains of pet dogs from some areas of Zhengzhou had multiple serotypes,virulence genes and drug resistance genes.There was a certain correlation between drug resistance phenotypes and resistance genes.This study laid the foundation for the epidemiological investigation and prevention of Salmonella infection in pet dogs.
