对专业认证理念下培养中学数学卓越教师的认识与思考

【摘要】 专业认证理念下如何致力于卓越教师的培养已经成为当前教育领域的热点问题。立足于数学学科及其教育,探究专业认证理念下培养中学数学卓越教师的现实意义,提出专业认证理念下的师范教育应致力于夯实中学数学卓越教师的专业基础,并通过剖析当前中学数学卓越教师培养存在的问题,论述专业认证理念下培养卓越数学教师的目标与任务,为当下教师教育的发展提供必要的参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】 How to devote oneself to the cultivation of outstanding teachers under the concept of professional certification has become a hot topic in the current education field. This article is based on the discipline of mathematics and its education, exploring the practical significance of cultivating outstanding middle school mathematics teachers under the concept of professional certification. It is proposed that teacher education under the concept of professional certification should focus on consolidating the professional foundation of outstanding middle school mathematics teachers. By analyzing the problems in the current cultivation of outstanding middle school mathematics teachers, the goal and task of cultivating outstanding mathematics teachers under the concept of professional certification are discussed, providing necessary reference and guidance for the development of current teacher education.
