【摘要】 多数胆道恶性肿瘤在确诊时已处于进展期，失去根治性手术机会，患者预后极差。近年来，随着治疗手段的进步，转化治疗在部分初始不可切除的胆道恶性肿瘤中逐渐开展，使部分患者获得根治性手术机会。为了进一步规范胆道恶性肿瘤的转化治疗和提高整体治疗效果，中华医学会外科学分会胆道外科学组和中国医师协会外科医师分会胆道外科专家工作组结合最新循证医学证据及我国在胆道恶性肿瘤治疗中的具体实践，组织相关领域专家充分讨论后制定了《胆道恶性肿瘤转化治疗专家共识（2025）》，旨在梳理胆道恶性肿瘤转化治疗领域的焦点问题，规范标准化诊疗流程及方案，为进一步推动该领域的研究和临床实践奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Most patients with biliary tract cancer are diagnosed at advanced stage and lose the opportunity for radical surgery resulting in dismal prognosis. In recent years, with advances in therapeutic approaches, conversion therapy has gradually been implemented in some cases of initially unresectable biliary tract cancer, enabling a subset of patients to achieve opportunities for radical surgery. To further standardize conversion therapy of biliary tract cancer and improve the overall efficacy, the Branch of Biliary Surgery, Chinese Society of Surgery, Chinese Medical Association and Working Group of Biliary Surgeons, Chinese College of Surgeons, Chinese Medical Doctor Association, based on the latest evidence-based medical evidence and specific practices in the treatment of biliary tract cancer in China, organized discussion among experts in the field. Following the discussion, the "Expert consensus on conversion therapy of biliary tract cancer(2025)" was developed. This consensus aims to address key issues in the field of biliary tract cancer conversion therapy, standardize diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and protocols, and lay the foundation for further advancing research and practice in this area.更多还原
