技术·教育·产业三维协同驱动:欧盟职业教育数字化转型的生态化路径探析与启示
Three-Dimensional Synergistic Drive of Technology, Education and Industry: An Analysis and Implications of the Ecological Path for Digital Transformation of Vocational Education in the European Union
【摘要】 职业教育数字化转型是全球趋势,欧盟通过“技术链、教育链、产业链”协同,形成了生态化演进路径,但也面临“高投入—低效能”悖论。研究发现,欧盟转型经历了“技术奠基→能力建构→生态融合”三个阶段,技术链的“渗透效应”、教育链的“自适应响应”和产业链的“反馈闭环”相互作用,形成动态平衡。基于欧盟经验,中国职业教育数字化转型应分阶段推进,建议构建“三链协同”生态系统,破解“数字基建孤岛化”“能力供给碎片化”等痛点,推动职业教育向“绿色技能”转型,为全球数字经济发展贡献中国智慧。
【Abstract】 The digital transformation of vocational education is a global trend. The European Union has formed an ecological evolution path through the synergy of the "technology chain, education chain, and industrial chain", but it also faces the paradox of "high investment—low efficiency". Research has found that the transformation of the European Union has gone through three stages: "technology foundation → capacity building → ecological integration". The "osmotic effect" of the technology chain, the "adaptive response" of the education chain and the "feedback closed loop" of the industrial chain interact with each other and reform a dynamic balance. Based on the experience of the European Union, the digital transformation of China’s vocational education should be advanced in stages. It is suggested to build a "three-chain synergy" ecosystem to address key points such as "isolated digital infrastructure" and "fragmented capacity supply", in order to promote the transformation of vocational education towards "green skills", and contribute Chinese wisdom to the global digital economic development.
