生物技术行业人才需求与职业院校专业设置匹配分析

Matching Analysis of Talent Demand in the Biotechnology Industry and Specialty Setting in Vocational Colleges

【摘要】 生物技术快速发展与产业细分亟须培养规模结构合理、素质优良、产业匹配度高的高技能人才队伍。通过行业现状、趋势及企业院校调研,分析人才需求与职业院校培养的匹配情况,发现职业院校专业布局基本覆盖产业链主要岗位,但存在层次缺失、区域失衡及前沿技术课程滞后等问题。建议增设职业本科专业,调减中职专业,动态调整高职专业布局和规模,强化产教融合,培养高层次复合型人才,实现人才培养与产业需求的精准对接。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of biotechnology and industrial segmentation, it is urgent to cultivate high-skilled talents with a reasonable scale structure, excellent quality, and high industrial matching. Through the investigation of the current situation and trend of the industry, as well as the investigation of enterprises and colleges, this paper analyzes the matching between the demand for talents and the training of vocational colleges. Results indicate that the professional layout of vocational colleges covers the main positions of the industrial chain. Still, there are some problems, such as a lack of hierarchy, regional imbalance, and the lack of cutting-edge technology courses. It is suggested to add vocational undergraduate majors, reduce secondary vocational majors, dynamically adjust the layout and scale of higher vocational majors, strengthen the integration of production and education, cultivate high-level compound talents, and realize the precise connection between talent training and industrial demand.
