【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate obstetrics and gynecology residents using Entrustable Professional Activities(EPAs) and identify areas for improvement. Methods: A questionnaire survey based on EPAs was conducted among 54 residents and 14 instructors. Differences among residents of varying training years were compared. Results: Both self-assessment and supervisor ratings of most EPA indicators increased progressively with training seniority. However, all residents received lower ratings in areas such as breaking bad news, clinical teaching, and responding to public health emergencies. Conclusion: While residents’ EPA ratings generally improved year by year, certain competencies require enhanced training to achieve comprehensive professional competence.更多还原
