基于STEM教育的新医科创新创业人才培养路径探索

【摘要】 针对医科院校在创新创业人才培养中存在的创新创业教育认识不足、现有课程体系不完善以及教师融合性不足等问题,文章构建了基于STEM教育的卓越医学创新人才培养模式,明确了教育理念,强化了学科交叉,丰富了课程资源,转变了教学方式,并加强了多方协同育人,为新医科背景下国内院校高层次复合型医学人才的培养提供了有益的借鉴与参考。

【Abstract】 In response to the challenges faced by medical colleges in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents—such as insufficient understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education, imperfect curriculum systems, and inadequate integration among teachers—this paper constructs an excellence-oriented medical innovation talent training model based on STEM education. The model clarifies the educational philosophy, strengthens interdisciplinary integration, enriches curriculum resources, transforms teaching methods, and enhances multi-party collaborative education. It provides valuable insights and references for the cultivation of high-level, interdisciplinary medical professionals under the background of the “New Medical Sciences.”
