【摘要】 目的：探讨基于OBE理念的情景模拟教学法对本科护生创新创业思维的影响。方法：采用随机对照研究，纳入某高校护理学院的108名大二本科护生，分为试验组(OBE情景模拟教学，12种典型情境，为期6个月)和对照组(传统讲授教学)。比较两组前后测试量表得分结果。结果：试验组教学后测试创新创业思维总分及各维度得分均显著高于对照组，两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：基于OBE理念的情景模拟教学能有效提高本科护生的创新创业思维。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the impact of scenario simulation teaching based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE) concept on innovation and entrepreneurship thinking among undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A randomized controlled study was conducted with 108 sophomore nursing undergraduates from a nursing school. Participants were divided into an experimental group(OBE-based scenario simulation teaching, 12 typical scenarios, lasting 6 months) and a control group(traditional lecture-based teaching). Pre-and post-intervention scale scores were compared between the two groups.Results: After the intervention, the experimental group showed significantly higher total scores and dimension scores of innovation and entrepreneurship thinking compared with the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Scenario simulation teaching based on the OBE concept can effectively enhance innovation and entrepreneurship thinking among undergraduate nursing students.更多还原
