【摘要】 目的：分析胸外科住院医师规范化培训双语教学查房的实践效果。方法：选取2021年9月至2022年9月在本科接受住院医师规范化培训的80名住院医师，随机分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=40)。对照组采用传统中文教学查房，试验组采用双语教学查房，对比两组查房教学效果差异。结果：试验组英语口语、英语笔试及胸外科医学理论知识考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组“对学习的知觉”“对教师的知觉”和“对学术的知觉”3个DREEM量表维度的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组教学评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：双语教学查房能够有效提升胸外科住院医师的英语能力，拓宽其国际视野，增强学术素养与临床思维，同时能顺利完成教学任务，具有良好的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of bilingual ward rounds in the standardized training of thoracic surgery resident physicians.Methods: Eighty residents undergoing standardized training from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly assigned to a control group(n=40) and an experimental group(n=40).The control group participated in traditional ward rounds, while the experimental group participated in bilingual ward rounds.Results: The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in spoken English, written English, and thoracic surgery theoretical knowledge compared with the control group(P<0.05).On the Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure(DREEM) scale, the experimental group also scored significantly higher in “perception of learning, ” “perception of teachers, ” and “perception of academic atmosphere”(P<0.05).Teaching evaluations were also more favorable in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bilingual ward rounds effectively enhance residents’ English proficiency, broaden their international outlook, strengthen academic literacy and clinical reasoning, and support the successful completion of teaching objectives.This approach shows strong potential for broader adoption.更多还原
