【摘要】 目的：研究ILP(individualized learning plans)教学法在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法：采用回顾性研究的方案，选取2021年期间在骨科轮转的57名学员设为对照组，采用CBME(competency-based medical education)教学模式；选取2022年期间在骨科轮转的46名学员设为试验组，采用ILP与CBME相结合的教学模式。对比两种模式在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。结果：试验组出科迷你临床演练评量(mini-clinical evaluation exercise, Mini-CEX)评价、满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：ILP教学法应用于骨科住院医师规范化培训，能显著提高学员培训效果和满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application effect of the Individualized Learning Plans(ILP) teaching method in the standardized training of orthopedic resident physicians. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted. A total of 57 residents rotating in orthopedics in 2021 were assigned to the control group and received competency-based medical education(CBME). Forty-six residents rotating in 2022 were assigned to the experimental group and received a combined ILP and CBME teaching model. The effectiveness of the two teaching models in orthopedic resident standardized training was compared. Results: The experimental group scored significantly higher in mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX) assessments and satisfaction surveys than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the ILP teaching method in orthopedic resident standardized training can significantly improve training outcomes and trainee satisfaction.更多还原
