【摘要】 目的：探索晨间报告会在骨外科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法：选取2018年2月至2021年10月在滨州医学院附属医院足踝外科参加实习的68名实习医师作为研究对象。试验组参加传统晨交班联合晨间报告会，对照组仅参加传统的晨交班。比较两组实习医师出科时教学考核及评价结果。结果：试验组考核成绩、多维度综合能力问卷调查分数、教学满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：晨间报告会在骨外科临床实习教学中，有利于实习医师专业知识的积累及临床思维能力、实践能力、自学能力等综合能力的提高，取得了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of morning report meetings in orthopedic clinical internship teaching. Methods: Sixty-eight interns who participated in the foot and ankle surgery internship at the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from February 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects. The experimental group participated in traditional morning handover combined with morning report meetings, while the control group only participated in traditional morning handover. Teaching assessment and evaluation results at the end of the internship were compared between the two groups. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher assessment scores, multidimensional comprehensive ability questionnaire scores, and teaching satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Morning report meetings in orthopedic clinical internship teaching contribute to interns’ accumulation of professional knowledge and improvement in clinical thinking ability, practical skills, self-learning ability, and other comprehensive competencies, achieving favorable results.更多还原
