【摘要】 目的：调查临床见习护生学习方式现状及影响因素，探索其优化策略。方法：采用一般资料调查表和双因素学习过程问卷对某医学院校211名临床见习护生进行问卷调查。结果：临床见习护生深度和浅度学习得分为(31.58±5.63)分和(24.06±4.55)分。提问频率和学习环境满意度是深度学习动机影响因素(P<0.05);学习环境满意度和提问频率是深度学习策略影响因素(P<0.05);性别和自学情况是浅度学习动机影响因素(P<0.05);护理专业喜爱度和提问频率是浅度学习策略影响因素(P<0.05)。结论：临床见习护生以深度学习为主，建议激励学生提问，改善学习环境，激发专业认同感等，以提高其深度学习能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of learning methods among clinical internship nursing students and explore strategies for optimization. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 211 clinical internship nursing students at a medical college using a general information survey and a two-factor learning process questionnaire. Results: The scores for deep learning and surface learning of the clinical internship nursing students were(31.58±5.63) and(24.06±4.55), respectively. Frequency of questioning and satisfaction with the learning environment were influencing factors for deep learning motivation(P<0.05); satisfaction with the learning environment and questioning frequency influenced deep learning strategies(P<0.05); gender and self-study status influenced surface learning motivation(P<0.05); nursing major affinity and questioning frequency influenced surface learning strategies(P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical internship nursing students mainly adopt deep learning. It is recommended to encourage students to ask questions, improve the learning environment, and stimulate professional identity to enhance deep learning ability.更多还原
