【摘要】 目的：探索基于微课的翻转课堂在产科住院医师规范化培训中的改良。方法：本次研究随机选择2019级和2020级妇产科住培医师40人，其中对照组(20人)接受传统方式教学，试验组(20人)应用基于微课的翻转课堂，教学等量时间后进行统一考核评估。结果：试验组在对产科常见并发症诊疗思路的熟悉程度(7.35±1.137分)、对临床技能适应症及操作的熟练程度(8.45±0.510分)优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：通过基于线上微课线下答疑的翻转课堂教学，可提高产科住院医师规范化培训的教学效果，激发其自主学习能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore improvements in the application of microlecture-based flipped classroom teaching in standardized training for obstetrics residents. Methods: A total of 40 obstetrics residents from the 2019 and 2020 cohorts were randomly selected. The control group(n=20) received traditional instruction, while the experimental group(n=20) was taught using a flipped classroom approach based on microlectures. After equal durations of instruction, both groups underwent a standardized assessment. Results: The experimental group showed significantly better understanding of diagnostic and treatment strategies for common obstetric complications(7.35±1.137) and higher proficiency in identifying indications and performing clinical procedures(8.45±0.510) compared to the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The use of flipped classroom teaching based on online microlectures combined with in-person Q&A sessions can enhance the effectiveness of standardized training for obstetrics residents and stimulate autonomous learning.更多还原
