【摘要】 目的：探讨医学技能竞赛视角下助产本科生妇儿护理学课程教学优化研究的应用效果。方法：选取助产学专业本科生为研究对象，其中2017级为对照组，采用传统教学方法；2018级、2019级为试验组，采用竞赛视角下的优化教学方法。运用考试成绩和自编调查问卷评价教学效果。结果：试验组学生的卷面成绩和期末成绩均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P=0.003、0.004);85%以上的试验组学生认为课程教学优化研究有助于提高其综合能力。结论：竞赛视角下的妇儿护理学课程教学优化研究有效提高了课堂教学效果，促进了综合型人才的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of optimizing the maternal and child nursing curriculum for undergraduate midwifery students from the perspective of medical skills competitions. Methods: Undergraduate students majoring in midwifery were selected as the research subjects. The 2017 cohort served as the control group and received traditional teaching methods, while the 2018—2019 cohorts formed the experimental group and received optimized teaching based on the competition perspective. Teaching effectiveness was evaluated using exam scores and a self-designed questionnaire. Results: The written and final scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P=0.003, 0.004). More than 85% of students in the experimental group believed that the optimized curriculum improved their overall abilities. Conclusion: The optimization of the maternal and child nursing curriculum from the perspective of competitions effectively improved classroom teaching outcomes and promoted the cultivation of well-rounded talents.更多还原
